"Don't even use my name and Tito Ortiz in the same sentence please," Koscheck said in a video interview with MMA Connected. "I would definitely want to beat his ass? He said something about Georges St. Pierre's going to kick my ass, he wants Georges St. Pierre to beat me down. Well guess what, Tito, I want to fight you next."
Following Koscheck's loss to St. Pierre, Ortiz responded to Koscheck's comments in his own video interview with MMA Connected, and Ortiz pulled no punches.
"Let's clear this up? he was the first person to talk trash about me, and I gave a response," Ortiz said. "Why would I want to give this guy any attention? I [couldn't] care less about Sideshow Bob. I gave him a little attention... because I got sick of hearing him talking smack on TMZ and this and that because he's looking for attention. Guy, go win a world title if you need to talk smack. And he can't even do that. He can't win a round, let alone a world title. Do what I do injured and try to compete, guy can't do it."
Ortiz wasn't near finished, as he then talked about the last time he ran into Koscheck in person.
"Last time I met him he was kissing my ass, saying 'I look up to you, I bleached my hair because you bleach your hair, I come from a wrestling background I really look up to you guys.'... This guy's just looking for attention, and you know what, hands are clean, my name ain't mentioned with his name at all. I'm not even going to mention his name. All I can say is Sideshow Bob and no more than that," Ortiz said.
"Go win a world title and then we can talk. But until that time happens, shut your face," Ortiz continued. "No one wants to hear nothing from his pie hole. If he wants to be the bad boy, win some fights. Yeah, I've got some split decision losses, have a draw against a former world champion, I've fought against the top tier guys, I don't fight nobodies... If he wants to win some world titles, then he can talk smack, but until then don't talk about my name."
Koscheck is out of action for now, recovering from surgery to repair a broken orbital bone suffered in his loss to St. Pierre in Montreal. Ortiz, meanwhile, returns in March to meet Antonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC 128.

Penick's Analysis: This is one of those trash talking feuds that won't amount to much other than comments back and forth, as they are separated by two weight classes. At best they'd meet in the middle, but Ortiz isn't making 185 lbs. and I don't see Koscheck moving up in weight. But, it makes for some entertaining back and forth from the two fighters.
